National Party U-turn on tax cuts

Bill English has been speaking out against tax cuts. He now says that National would not not introduce extensive tax cuts if it was in power now. He says tax cuts would merely contribute to inflation. As Michael Cullen correctly comments, National has now done a complete policy U-turn.
